How do I order?

  1. Browse the shop — use categories, search and filters (karat, price). Prices are live and update automatically with the gold market.
  2. Pick your details — for rings choose your size (US · EU · No.); if unsure, see the size guide.
  3. Create an account — we verify your Civil ID once, in line with Kuwait's gold-trading requirements. Your data is kept confidential.
  4. Pay securely — KNET, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay via MyFatoorah, or choose the installment option and we'll send your payment link on WhatsApp.
  5. Receive it — free delivery anywhere in Kuwait, or pick up from our Mubarakiya shop.

Frequently asked questions

How are gold prices calculated?

Price = weight × the live market rate for the karat + making charge. Prices refresh every minute with the Kuwaiti market, and the price shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Do you offer installments?

Yes — choose "Installments" at checkout and we'll send you an interest-free installment payment link on WhatsApp.

Which payment methods do you accept?

KNET, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all through MyFatoorah's secure gateway. Your card details are never stored on our site. Installments are also available.

Why do you ask for my Civil ID?

In line with Kuwait's gold-trading requirements we verify each customer's identity once at registration. Your data is kept strictly confidential and used only for verification.

How long is delivery? Is it free?

Delivery is free across Kuwait; we coordinate the time with you on WhatsApp after your order is confirmed. You can also collect from our shop in Mubarakiya.

What is your return policy?

Exchange or return is accepted within 24 hours of receipt, for manufacturing defects only, in original condition with packaging and invoice. Full details in the Terms & Conditions.

Are the pieces authentic and hallmarked?

Yes — all gold is hallmarked to Kuwaiti standards, and diamonds and gemstones are as described for each piece.

How do I find my ring size?

See the ring size guide — it shows how to measure and converts between US, EU and local No. sizes.

Can my order be gift-wrapped?

Yes — choose "gift" at checkout, pick a box, add a gift card message, and optionally receive the invoice by email instead of in the parcel.

Do you buy used gold?

Yes! We buy your gold at market rates. Send your item details on the sell your gold page and we'll get back to you with a valuation.

What are your opening hours?

Saturday–Thursday: 10:30 AM – 1 PM and 5 – 10 PM. Friday: evening only. We're in Mubarakiya — view on Google Maps.
