This policy explains what data Cullinan Jewellery collects, why, and how it is protected, in line with Kuwait's CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation and applicable Kuwaiti law.

1. What we collect

At registration: name, email, phone, address, and civil ID number and photo. At checkout: order details and verification declarations (reason of purchase, source of funds, PEP status, beneficiary). We collect nothing we don't need.

2. Why we collect it

The civil ID and verification declarations are required by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Kuwait's anti-money-laundering law (Law 106/2013) for gold trading, and are used for verification only. The rest is used to process, deliver, and communicate about your orders.

3. Who sees your data

We never sell your data. It is shared only as needed to complete your order: MyFatoorah processes card payments on its own secure pages (card details never reach us), and our notification services alert us to your order. We use Meta Pixel to measure our advertising; Meta may receive non-identifying browsing events (such as a product view or a purchase and its value) — never your civil ID or identity documents. Civil ID images never leave our servers and are visible only to shop management.

4. Cookies

We use two kinds: essential cookies that make the site work (login session and language preference), and one advertising cookie from Meta (_fbp) that helps us measure our Instagram and Facebook ads. You can block advertising cookies in your browser settings without affecting your shopping.

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers and transmitted encrypted over HTTPS; passwords are hashed and unreadable. Order and verification records are kept for the periods Kuwaiti law requires, then disposed of securely.

6. Your rights
