Welcome to Cullinan Jewellery. By browsing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.

1. Products & pricing

All prices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD). Gold items are priced according to the live gold market rate (weight × current karat rate + making charge) and update automatically; the price shown at the moment you complete checkout is the price that applies to your order. Diamond and gemstone pieces are sold at a fixed price. Weights are approximate and colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

2. Orders & confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud; in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely through MyFatoorah (KNET, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay). Your card details are entered on MyFatoorah's secure page and are never stored on our website.

4. Delivery & pickup

We offer free delivery within the State of Kuwait, or collection from our shop. Please inspect your item upon receipt; ownership and risk pass to you on delivery or collection.

5. Returns & exchange

• Exchange or return is accepted within 24 hours of receiving your item, and only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
• The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition, with its original packaging and the original invoice.
• Custom-made, engraved or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gold, precious metals and fine jewellery are an exempt category from the standard 14-day online return period under Kuwait's Digital Commerce Law (Decree No. 10/2026), and are treated as a special "precious commodity" under the Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014 and its Executive Regulation No. 27/2015 — because gold prices move with the live market. For this reason our return/exchange window is limited as stated above.
• To request an exchange for a manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or phone 66890100. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Product authenticity

Gold purity (karat) is as stated for each item and hallmarked in accordance with Kuwaiti standards. Diamonds and gemstones are as described.

7. Identity verification (Civil ID)

In line with gold-trading requirements in Kuwait, we collect your Civil ID at registration. This information is kept strictly confidential and is used only for verification.

8. Privacy

We collect your name, contact details, address and Civil ID to process and deliver your orders. Your data is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties except as required to complete your order or by law.

9. Intellectual property

All content, images and designs on this website are the property of Cullinan Jewellery and may not be used without permission.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. We are not liable for delays or issues outside our reasonable control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts.
